摘  要:在预应力混凝土构件生产和使用中不可避免会有预应力的损失,如何减少或消除预应力损失是预应力构件设计和施工中的难题之一,目前减少预应力损失主要通过在施工中采用超张拉的方式。在张拉预应力筋过程中测得预应力损失数据的基础上,结合当前预应力混凝土技术的发展,提出一种能有效减少预应力损失的施工工艺。该工艺操作简单,能通过调节锚具自身长度实现对预应力筋的二次张拉,有效减少预应力损失。The loss of pre-stress inevitable happens in the production and using in prestressed concrete structure. How to reduce or eliminate the loss of pre-stress is one of the problems in the design and construction of prestressed concrete structure. At present reducing loss of pre-stress mainly through the method of hyper tension in construction. In this paper,on the basis of measured data loss of pre-stress getting from the process of tensioning prestressed concrete,and combining with the current development of prestressed concrete technology,a kind of construction technology which can effectively reduce the loss of pre-stress is presented. It can be achieved by adjusting the length of the anchorage of the second tensioning of prestressed cable. The operation of construction is simple and effectively reduces the loss of prestress.
