三叉神经痛的临床特点及治疗分析

摘　　要：目的分析三叉神经痛的临床特点及治疗方法。方法选取乌鲁木齐市中医医院2013年12月—2015年4月收治的三叉神经痛患者80例,回顾性分析其临床资料,记录患者疼痛累及部位、发作频率及治疗情况。结果80例患者疼痛累及眼支神经37例（46.2%）,累及上颌支神经57例（71.2%）,累及下颌支神经18例（47.5%）。发作频率为3-20次/d,平均6次/d,每次发作时间数秒或1-2 min,间歇期如正常人。80例患者除两例拒绝手术治疗而采用封闭治疗外,其他患者均采用手术治疗,治疗总有效率为96.3%。结论三叉神经痛主要累及上颌支和下颌支神经,疼痛较频发,对药物治疗无明显疗效者采用手术治疗效果较好。Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment of prosopalgia. Methods A total of 80 patients with prosopalgia were selected in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Urumqi from December 2013 to April 2015,and their clinical data was retrospectively analyzed,pain involed parts,attack frequency and therapeutic condition were recorded.Results Of the 80 patients,37 cases＇ pain involed eye branch nerve（ accounting for 46. 2%）,57 cases＇ pain involed maxillary branch nerve（ accounting for 71. 2%）,18 cases＇ pain involed mandibular branch nerve（ accounting for 47. 5%）.The attack frequency was 3 to 20 times per day,average at 6 times per day; the duration of pain attack was seconds or 1 to 2minutes. Of the 80 patients,2 cases received blocking therapy refused to surgical treatment, other cases received surgical treatment,and the effective rate was 96. 3%. Conclusion Maxillary branch nerve and mandibular branch nerve are mostly involed in patients with prosopalgia,and the attack frequency is high,surgical treatment has good clinical effect on prosopalgia,even in patients without effective clinical effect that treated by drug therapy.
