订单模式,深度合作,培养新一代职业人

摘　　要：长春汽车工业高等专科学校与米其林中国投资公司签订了相关协议,确立了学校自动化及机电一体化专业订单培养学生的长效运作机制,目前已经为企业培养了三批人才,这些学生受到了企业的高度重视。现在这个合作项目还在进行,为企业培养新一代职业人,不断修改合作方案。本文主要介绍校企合作的现状及米其林订单班的合作背景、目标与思路、内容与特色、组织实施与运行管理、主要成果与发展前景。Changchun Automobile Industry Institute and Michelin China Investment Company have signed relevant agreement, which defines the long-term operation mechanism of the students cultivation for Automation and Mechatronics major by PO training, three batches of students have been trained, who have got a high degree of attention from Michelin. Currently, this cooperation project is still on going, training new generation occupation talents, and continuously modifying the solution. This paper mainly introduces current cooperation status and the information related Michelin PO class like cooperation background, target and concept, content and unique feature, implementation and operation management, key results and prospects for further development.
