新视域下职业教育集团化办学的困境反思与对策研究

摘　　要：当前我国职业教育集团化办学在全国各地得到快速发展,规模不断扩大,但仍旧面临着针对性的保障措施和鼓励政策还不够完善、自身运行机制还不够健全、行业企业参与度还不够深入、校企合作融合度还不够紧密等发展困境。加快发展现代职业教育,职业教育集团化办学是一个重要方向,职业教育集团化办学的法律地位、扶持政策、发展定位、运行机制等关键问题必须有效予以解决。At present, China＇s Vocational Education Group has been developing rapidly, and the scale is expanding constantly-- though it is still facing the imperfections of the protection measures and policies, such as the operating mechanisms are imperfect, and the degree of industry/enterprise participation is not deep enough. To accelerate the development of modern vocational education, the group-style running school is an important direction, the legal status, support policies, development, operating mechanisms, and other key issues must be resolved effectively.
