摘  要:探讨大学新生的情绪智力与心理弹性水平的关系,为高校心理健康教育提供依据。随机选取天津大学363名大一年级本科生,使用情绪智力量表、心理弹性问卷进行测试。结果表明:新生的情绪表现和乐观维度得分在家庭经济条件上差异显著;新生的情绪调节、情绪智力总分以及心理弹性各维度得分在是否为学生干部方面差异显著;新生的情绪智力与心理弹性呈显著正相关。因此,高校可以通过提高新生的情绪智力以促进其心理弹性水平。In order to provide a basis for psychological health education in colleges and universities,this thesis explores the relationship between emotional intelligence( EI) and resilience of college freshmen. The authors used Emotional Intelligence Scale and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale to carry out a test,in which 363 first-grade students were randomly selected from Tianjin University. The result shows that the emotional performance and optimism scores of students with different family economic status were significantly different; emotional performance,EI and resilience scores of students with different experience as a member of student union were significantly different; there shows a significant positive correlation between EI and resilience. Therefore,colleges and universities can cultivate students' emotional intelligence in order to promote a higher level of resilience.
