摘  要:将胜任力模型引入到教学管理中,建立教师CDIO胜任力模型,包含学习能力、教育能力、专业综合能力(含实践能力)、创新能力、管理能力、思想道德素质、身心健康素质、亲和力、工作热情度、沟通技能10个方面。构建由自学习与激励循环的胜任力提升机制、CMM评价方法及柔性管理策略的胜任力教师教学管理模型。根据胜任力模型进行教学管理,依教师能力进行管理,减少管理矛盾,进而不断提升教师胜任力、提高管理效率。The competency model is introduced into teaching management,and the teacher CDIO competency model is established,including ten areas,that is learning ability,teaching ability,professional integrated capabilities( including their practice ability),innovation,management ability,moral,physical and mental qualities,affinity,work enthusiasm,communication skills. The self-learning and incentive mechanism are built to enhance circulation their competence,CMMevaluation methods,and teaching competency management model of flexible management strategy are built too. According to the teaching management method based on the competency model,the ability of teachers is got to play,management conflicts is reduced,and thus the competence of teachers is risen,and the management efficiency is improved.
