摘　　要：传统的货运车辆没有自带的载重检测装置,容易造成汽车过载,进一步,过载容易引发交通事故,成为交通安全的一大隐患。对于执法部门而言,检测车辆是否过载已经成为一项繁重的工作,需要执法人员到汽车行驶现场对车辆逐一检查。为此,文中设计了一种车辆过载数据强制保存系统,本系统在车厢下方安装压力传感器实现对车辆装载货物重量的自动检测,并对过载数据强制保存,从而可以减轻执法部门检测车辆是否过载的工作压力。As the traditional freight vehicles are not equipped with the weight detector, it is easy to cause the over-loading, which has high risk of traffic accidents. On the other hand, overload checking for authorities is a heavy work load for it needs to check the freight vehicle one by one. This paper designs a system to save the overload data of the vehicle automatically, in which the pressure sensors is installed in the vehicle to realize the automatic detection weight of vehicle goods, and it realizes the compulsory preservation of the overload data, which would reduce the work pressure of the detection of the vehicle's overload.
