摘　　要：时下,"互联网+"浪潮席卷全球,我国正积极推进"互联网+"行动计划。大学生是"互联网+"行动的领跑者,高校是"大众创业、万众创新"主阵地。教育部联合多部门举办首届中国"互联网+"大学生创新创业大赛,为高校深化创新创业教育改革提供了新载体。文中总结大赛新亮点,分析尚需提高的方面,引发相关思考,提出对策,探索出"全普及、全过程、全方位、全员化"的"四全"创新创业教育模式,为构建创新创业人才培养新体系找到了新的切入点和突破口。With the Internet Plus concept sweeping over the whole world, China is actively promoting the Internet Plus action plan. As college students are the pacesetters of the plan, colleges and universities becomes the key battle-field for public entrepreneurship and innovation. Thus, the 1st Internet Plus Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest for College Students initiated by the Ministry of Education with several other ministries, which provides a new carri-er for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. This paper summarizes some of the highlights and analyzes the aspects needs improving in the contest. Sequentially, a Four All mode is put forward, providing a new starting and breakthrough for constructing a new talent training system for in-novation and entrepreneurship education.
