摘  要:吸入性麻醉药七氟烷被广泛应用于颅脑外科麻醉。近年来,七氟烷对于缺血性脑损伤的保护作用引起了研究者们的重视。七氟烷可能通过抑制线粒体膜通透性转换孔开放、激活ATP敏感钾离子通道、消除氧自由基、抑制钙离子超载等多位点、多途径交互作用来发挥神经保护作用,本文总结了近年来七氟烷对缺血性脑损伤保护的研究,对其相关机制作一综述,为全面揭示脑保护机制提供研究思路,并为临床麻醉用药提供理论依据。Inhalation anesthetics sevoflurane is widely used in cerebral surgery anesthesia. In recent years, sevoflurane for protection of ischemic brain injury has caused the attention of the researchers. Studies have suggested that sevoflurane may play a neuroprotective role by the interaction of multi-targets and multi-pathways, including inhibition of mitochondrial permeability transition pore opening, activation of ATP-sensitive potassium channels, elimination of oxygen free radicals, inhibition of calcium overload, and so on. In this review, we summarized the literatures concerning the neuroprotective effect of sevoflurane and its underlying mechanisms, in order to provide ideas for revealing the brain protection mechanisms, and provide theoretical basis for the surgery anesthesia.
