超声脉冲电导治疗仪治疗慢性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察超声脉冲电导治疗仪治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法选择收治的慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者128例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将患者随机均分为治疗组与对照组(n=64),对照组患者给予常规治疗,治疗组给予超声脉冲电导穴位给药治疗,比较2组临床疗效和安全性。结果治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率为89.1%,显著高于对照组的75.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.293,P<0.05)。结论超声脉冲电导治疗仪治疗慢性胃炎疗效显著,未见明显不良反应。Objective Observe the efficacy and safety of surpersonic pulse electic conductance meter on patients with chronic gastritis. Methods A total of 128 patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis were randomised to receive surpersonic pulse electic conductance meter or conventional treatment. Sixty four patients received surpersonic pulse electic conductance meter treatment. Study end points were clinical response and safety. Results There was statistically significant difference in the end point of the study （clinical response） between the experimental and control groups（x2=4.293, P〈0.05）. Patients receiving surpersonic pulse electic conductance meter demonstrated good response rate compared with control group： 89.1% vs 75.0%. Conclusion The surpersonic pulse electic conductance meter to treat chronic gastritis appears remarkable effect and there is not the harmful reaction.
