产业技术联盟利益分配方式与成员创新绩效的关联研究

摘　　要：通过对浙江制造产业技术联盟调研数据进行量化分析,论证不同的利益分配方式与联盟成员创新绩效的相关关系.实证结果表明,按照合作过程中实际贡献进行分配、联盟企业无偿使用技术的分配方式与成员目标创新绩效和过程创新绩效均存在着正相关关系,按投资比例进行分配对成员目标创新绩效有一定的影响,付费购买创新技术方式与成员过程创新绩效间存在正相关关系.Based on the quantitative analysis of manufacturing industry technology alliance research data in Zhejiang province, it analyzed the correlation of profit-sharing arrangement and member＇s innovation performance, including ob- jective innovation performance and process innovation performance. The empirical results indicate that there is a posi- tive correlation between member＇ innovation performance and the mode of free using technology for alliance enterprises, as well as between the innovation performance and profit-sharing arrangement according to membe＇s real contribution. The results also suggest that there is a positive impact of profit-sharing arrangement according to member＇s proportion of investment on member＇s objective innovation performance, while there is a positive correlation between member＇s process innovation performance and the mode of paying for cooperative innovation technology.
