摘　　要：针对海峡两岸物流与金融合作问题,运用归纳分析的方法,梳理了海峡两岸物流金融合作的概况,阐述了两岸物流金融合作的必要性与可行性。从两岸合作共赢的角度,提出在两岸推出物流银行服务、发展仓单质押业务、开展保兑仓业务等物流金融合作方案,为两岸物流金融合作提供参考。In view of logistics and financial cooperation across Taiwan straits, using the method of inductive analysis, combing an overview of the logistics financial cooperation across the straits, the necessity and feasibility of the logistics financial cooperation on both sides are expounded. From the perspective of a win-win cross-strait cooperation, it is put forward to promote cross-strait logistics bank service and development of warehouse receipt pledge business and to carry out business such as confirming warehouse logistics finance cooperation, providing reference for the cross strait logistics finance cooperation.
