摘 要:目的探讨安全管理在急诊护理中的应用效果。方法选取2011年1月至2012年12月我院急诊科的在职护士及收治的急诊患者作为对照组;2013年1月至2014年12月的急诊在职护士及急诊患者作为观察组。对照组采用医院常规护理管理模式进行急诊护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上,结合安全管理,对急诊科的人、物、环境三方面进行科学管理。比较两组临床相关指标差异。结果实施安全管理前后,患者满意率、投诉率及不良事件发生率与护士生活质量、心理健康水平及工作满意度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者满意率、护士生活质量、护士心理健康水平及护士工作满意度均有明显提高。结论安全管理的实施,提升了护士生活-心理-工作质量满意水平,显著提高患者满意度,具有可行性。Objective To discuss the application effect of safety management in emergency nursing. Methods The emergency patients who were received and treated between January 2011 and December 2012 and the incumbent nurses during that period were selected as control group. The emergency patients who were received and treated between January 2013 and December 2014 and the incumbent nurses during that period were selected as observation group. Control group adopted the hospital care routine for emergency management pattern and observation group combined hospital care routine with the safety management and implemented scientific management in aspects of people, materials and environment. The clinically relevant indexes of two groups were compared. Results The differences regarding patient satisfaction, complaint rate, the incidence of adverse events and the life quality, mental health and job satisfaction of nurses were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The patient satisfaction and the life quality, mental health and job satisfaction of nurses were statistically improved. Conclusion The implementation of the safety management can improve the life quality, mental health and job satisfaction of nurses, and patient satisfaction. Therefore, the safety management is feasible.
