摘　　要：本研究用鱼骨图方法剖析医院考勤管理存在的问题,并探索将PDCA循环理论运用于医院考勤管理项目,以不断提升医院考勤管理水平。3年的实践表明,PDCA循环促进了医院考勤系统建设和考勤休假制度完善,提高了医院人力资源管理和服务水平,为医院发展提供更加坚实的人力资源支持和保障。This study used the fishbone diagram method to analyze the problems existing in hospital attendance management and explored the application of PDCA cycle theory to improve hospital attendance management. Three years of practice showed that the PDCA cycle can promote the construction of hospital attendance system and improve work and leave policy. It can also improve hospital human resource management and service, which provides stronger human resources support and guarantee for hospital development.
