手指血管球瘤临床特点及显微外科技术应用

摘　　要：目的总结手指血管球瘤的临床表现、显微外科技术应用及预后效果。方法对2011年4月-2015年3月收治的72例手指血管球瘤患者应用显微外科手术治疗，并对预后效果及复发几率进行分析。结果本组术后经6-18个月随访，无1例复发，皮肤及甲床愈合良好，2例指甲畸形愈合。结论手指血管球瘤临床比较多见，手指端及甲下加压或温度改变时可引起剧痛是本病典型的临床表现，早期明确诊断，应用显微技术修复，术后可达到良好的预期效果。Objective To summarize the clinical manifestation, application and prognesis of digital glomus tumor. Methods From April 2011 to March 2015, 72 cases of patients with glomus tumor finger in our hand surgery department were treatment by microsurgical technique and prognosis and risk of recurrence were analyzed. Results After application of surgical treatment of 72 cases of microsurgical techniques glomus tumor patients were followed up for 6-18 months with no recurrence, skin and nail bed healed well, 2 cases of nail malunion. Conclusion Clinical finger glomus tumor is common, finger end and a lower pressure or temperature change can cause pain when the only typical clinical manifestations, early diagnosis,repairmeat by microsurgical technique, can achieve good postoperative effect.
