摘　　要：目的探讨AO微型钛板内固定治疗近指间关节内骨折的疗效。方法2011年4月-2014年9月，对11例11处中节指骨基底掌侧骨折伴关节背侧脱位患者，采用早期切开复位、AO微型钛板内固定方法进行治疗。结果术后随访3~18个月，11处骨折均愈合。根据指间关节的主动活动度（totalactive motion，TAM）系统评定法评定：优8例，良3例。结论采用AO微型钛板内固定是治疗近指间关节内骨折的有效方法。Objective To explore the effect of Internal fixation of interphalangeal joint fracture by using AO titanium miniplates. Methods From April of 2011 to September of 2011, early open re- duction and internal fixation by AO titanium miniplates was used in 11 fingers in 11 patients with long finger phalangeal base fracture in volar and joint dislocation in dorsal. The function of the fingers were assessed by Total Active Movement （TAM） system. Results All 11 patients have a foUow-up of 3 to 18 monthes. All the fractures healed. Excellent in 8 cases, good in 3 case. Con- clusion Internal fixation of interphalangeal joint fracture using AO titanium miniplates is a useful and reliable technique.
