摘　　要：根管预备是根管治疗的难点之一,而根尖偏移是根管预备过程中较容易产生的医源性错误。根管预备过程中产生的根尖偏移会破坏根管原有的解剖结构,造成根管清理不彻底,产生微渗漏,甚至导致根管治疗的失败。近年来,根管预备中所引起的根尖偏移越来越引起学者的重视。临床医生充分了解根尖偏移的原因及危害,将有助于其在根管预备中采取有效措施,避免根尖偏移的发生。Root canal shaping via mechanical instrumen- tation is considered to be one of the most difficult tasks in root canal treatment, while apical transportation is a regular iatro- genic error during root canal preparation. Apical transporta- tion has a negative impact on the original root canal anatomy, which may result in insufficient cleaning, micro-leakage or even the failure of root canal treatment. Recently, apical trans- portation in root canal preparation has attracted more academ- ic attention. It is essential for clinicians to know the causes and effects of apical transportation in order to take measures to avoid it. In this article, several aspects of apical transporta- tion were introduced.
