摘　　要：根管充填是根管治疗至关重要的环节,临床常用的根管充填方法主要有冷牙胶侧压法和连续波热牙胶垂直加压法。近年来,随着镍钛器械的发展及应用,与镍钛器械锥度匹配的单尖根管充填法开始应用于临床。文章就单尖法充填的研究现状及临床操作要点做一介绍。Root canal obturation is an important proce- dure of endodontic treatment, the most commonly used root ca- nal obturation techniques include cold lateral condensation technique and continuous wave condensation technique. In re- cent years, with the wide use of Ni-Ti files, matched-taper single cone obturation technique has been applied to clinical practice. The research advance and clinical key point of single cone obturation technique were introduced in this article.
