摘 要:设置紫花苜蓿品种、灌溉方式和灌溉量3个因素,探讨不同灌溉量下交替沟灌对金皇后和亮苜2号两个紫花苜蓿品种产量和品质的影响。结果表明,与常规灌溉相比,交替沟灌消耗50%的常规灌溉量时能够保持紫花苜蓿产量不显著降低。交替沟灌降低了紫花苜蓿的粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量,当灌溉量分别超过当地常规灌溉量的65%和95%时,交替沟灌显著增加了金皇后和亮苜2号的粗蛋白质含量。当灌溉量不低于当地常规灌溉量的80%时,交替沟灌显著提高了紫花苜蓿的粗脂肪含量,但对粗灰分和无氮浸出物影响不显著。说明交替沟灌能够在保证紫花苜蓿产量和品质不显著降低的情况下节约近一半的水资源,其适用于以收获营养体为目标的紫花苜蓿生产,但要根据特定区域选择适宜的品种和灌溉量。The effect of alternate furrow irrigation on biomass and quality of alfalfa were investigated.A field experiment was designed with two irrigation modes(alternate furrow irrigation-AFI and conventional irrigation-CI),two alfalfa varieties(Gold Empress and Liangmu No.2)and four irrigation volumes(65%-I1,80%-I2,95%-I3 and 110%-I4 of conventional irrigation volume).The results showed that although alternate furrow irrigation volume was 50% of the conventional irrigation volume,the alfalfa yield was not significantly decreased compared to conventional irrigation.Although alternate furrow irrigation decreased the content of crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber,it increased the content crude protein of Gold Empress and Liangmu No.2when the irrigation volume was more than 65%and95% of normal conventional irrigation volume,respectively.When irrigation volume was more than 80%of normal conventional irrigation volume,alternate furrow irrigation increased crude fat content,but did not significantly affect the crude ash and nitrogen free extract.These results proved that alternative irrigation not only saved 50%irrigation volume but also kept the yields and quality of alfalfa stable,indicating that alternative furrow irrigation could be applied to irrigation management of alfalfa hay production,but the proper varieties and irrigation volume must be selected according to specific regions.
