摘 要:通过野外调查取样与室内试验相结合,对科尔沁沙地5个不同生境样地少花蒺藜草种子库数量特征与刺苞生活力结构特征进行了分析。结果表明:不同样地间种子库大小差异显著,高林屯样地刺苞总数和未萌发刺苞数显著高于其他样地(P<0.05),巴胡塔样地已萌发刺苞数最高。高林屯样地未萌发刺苞0种子的比例达77%,其他样地以2粒种子为主。所有样地未萌发刺苞内较大的种子(呈芒型)和较小的种子(呈心形)均有活性且比例最高(67%),而已萌发刺苞以较大的种子和较小的种子均萌发(36%)为主要类型。Field trial and laboratory experiment were conducted to analyze the quantitative characters and viability of seed bank of field sandbur(Cenchrus pauciflorus)collected from five sample sites in Korqin sandy land.The results showed that significant difference in seed bank among sampling sites was found.Number of total bur calyx and non-germinated bur calyx in Gaolintun was higher significantly than other sampling sites(P〈0.05),and the number of germinated bur calyx in Bahuta sampling site was the highest.In Gaolintun,the percentage of 0seeds in non germinated bur calyx reached 77%,in other sampling sites most of bur calyx had 2seeds.M and P in seed in non-germinated bur calyx were vigorous,and the percentage was high(67%)in all sampling sites,in contrast,the main type in the germinated bur calyx was that M and P all germinated(36%).
