摘　　要：缝隙连接作为电突触的结构基础及相邻细胞间的通讯通道,近年来倍受关注,其主要组成蛋白——缝隙连接蛋白参与了多种疾病的发生发展,从而为预防和治疗疾病提供了重要的依据。本文就缝隙连接蛋白及其在牙髓组织中的表达和作用作一综述。Gap junction has attracted more and more attention in recent years because it plays the basic roles in electrical synapse structure and intercellular channel of communication. Connexins,the main composite proteins of gap junction,have been reported to be involved in the development of many diseases. This article reviews the research progress on connexins and the relationship between connexins and dental pulp.
