论现代化转型视野下地方本科高校图书馆的发展——以保山学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：地方本科高校在完成升本任务之后就是推动内涵升本。升本之后,地方本科高校更加重视质量工程建设,重视科研平台建设,重视校地合作建设。信息技术革新推动地方本科高校图书馆的现代化转型,这主要体现为文献资源建设的信息化、期刊数据库建设的主体化和读者服务建设的便利化。地方本科高校图书馆是具有地方特色的数字化图书馆,它在业务内容上也要重视文献信息资源建设,在功能定位上也是文化传承的知识宝库、大学文化的展示窗口、教学科研的保障基地和人才培养的文化阵地,在发展思路上也要突出地方文化特色。It is an urgent task for newly-established universities to improve their quality in undergraduate education. Many universities pay special attention on quality project, scientific research platforms and cooperation with local community. The modernization of university library can be best shown through informationizing literature resources and database, providing convenience to readers. Libraries in local universities should improve their information level, so as to better serve the preservation of local culture heritage, campus culture, scientific research and talent training.
