滇西地区新型城镇化动力机制及发展策略研究

摘　　要：城镇化动力机制是新型城镇化研究的关键,新型城镇化健康有序发展有赖于城镇化动力机制高效运行、积累持续增量动力。滇西地区地处高原峡谷地带,自然环境复杂,生存条件恶劣,生态环境脆弱,文化多元独特,使该地区新型城镇化的推进具有独特的动力机制和发展策略。通过解析滇西地区新型城镇化发展现状及其特征,揭示滇西地区新型城镇化发展动力系统:产业发展是直接驱动力,居民意愿是内在拉动力,政策制度是协调保障力,以及外部环境因素所产生的阻滞力。逆向构建滇西地区城镇化动力机制模型,提出保障滇西地区新型城镇化动力机制高效运行的策略。The dynamic mechanism which run efficient and incremental power continuously Determines the healthy and orderly development, it is the key to the new urbanization studies.The Western area of yunnan is located in the plateau valley areas that showed complex natural environment, poor living conditions, fragile ecological environment, multiple and distinct culture,and it has a unique dynamic mechanism and development strategy of the new urbanization. This paper analysis present situation and characteristics of the development, and reveal the power system of new urbanization development in westen region of yunnan province： industrial development is a driving force directly, residents will is growing within, policy system is security,and the external environment is block strength. And the article reverse dynamic mechanism model, and put fordward efficient strategy： perfecting industry training, to strengthen environmental protection, and We will improve the policy and system for new urbanization in the Western area of Yunnan province.
