摘　　要：大学生基层工作者是新疆社会稳定和长治久安总目标的实现以及可持续发展的新生力量。本文用真实的调研数据进行展现与分析十二年来这个群体在新疆的理想、事业、生活、习惯、心理、语言等社会融入现状。College grassroots workers are the new blood to maintain social stability and achieve the aim of long-term peace and order, as well as sustainable development. The paper, based on actual investigation date, shows and analyses their integrating into the society in Xinjiang from respects： their ideals careers、life、habits、psychology and language.
