摘 要:超大型全冷式液化气船(VLGC)是国际上公认的设计及建造技术难度最大的船型之一,VLGC菱形独立液舱的设计研究是设计中的一个关键。对于这项艰巨复杂的工程,不仅要考虑液舱本身的结构布置和计算,还要考虑到它与支座、主船体、绝缘、液货系统的结合,进行统一布置。论文从液舱布置、支座布置、温度场计算、绝缘及设计、规范尺寸要求、直接强度分析等方面论述VLGC菱形独立液舱的设计过程。江南造船率先在国内实现了菱形独立液舱的关键技术突破,为中国造船业填补了空白。Vary Large Gas Carrier(VLGC) is internationally recognized as one of the ships which are the most difficult to design and construct. The key point of this case is the design and research for prismatic independent tank of very large gas carrier. This is a very difficult and complex project, not only considering the arrangement and calculation of the prismatic independent of the Very Large Gas Carrier, but also taking into account the factors such as bearing system, hull structure, insulation, liquid system. The article disserts the design process of VLGC prismatic independent tank through tank arrangement, the bearing system, insulation, the calculation of tank temperature, rules check and the direct strength analysis. Jiangnan is the first shipyard in china to achieve the key technology of prismatic independent tank, setting up the foundation of successfully researching and building the first VLGC in China. It not only breaks the monopolization of the foreign shipyard, filling a domestic gap in VLGC building, but also accumulates the previous experience for the shipbuilding industry in China.
