摘　　要：氨基酸螯合铁作为一种优质的有机铁源,因其化学结构稳定、生物学效价高、对环境污染小等优点而备受国内外研究者的关注,迅速成为动物营养研究的热点。文章主要从氨基酸螯合铁的营养功能及其在猪和家禽生产中的应用进行阐述。Amino acid chelate iron,as a kind of high quality organic source of iron,because of its stable chemical structure,higher biological potency and less pollution to the environment and the attention of researchers both at home and abroad,quickly became the hot topics in the study of animal nutrition.Nutrition function and the application of the amino acid chelate iron in pig and poultry production were expounded.
