青春型乳腺巨纤维腺瘤的诊治分析

摘　　要：目的：分析青春型乳腺巨纤维腺瘤的临床特点,探讨其防治措施。方法：手术切除最大径〉5cm的33例乳腺巨纤维腺瘤,观察治疗效果。结果：33例患者术后恢复良好,乳房后间隙积（血）液3例,乳晕边缘切口瘢痕硬结及色素缺失1例。随访2～5年无复发,双侧乳房外观基本对称,患者总体满意率100%。结论：青春期乳腺巨纤维腺瘤应积极手术治疗,宜采用乳房下皱襞切口或乳晕旁切口兼顾美观,仅摘除瘤体即可,预后良好。Objective：To analyze the clinical features of hebephrenic giant breast fibroadenoma for investigating its prevention and treatment methods.Methods：33 cases of giant breast fibroadenoma whose maximum diameter was larger than 5cm were removed surgically.The efficacy was evaluated.Results：33 patients recovered well after surgeries,blood or fluid was found in the retromammary cellular space in 3 cases,scar scleroma and lack of pigment were found in the areola margin incision in 1 case.Patients had been followed-up for 2 to 5 years,but no relapse had been found.The bilateral breast appearance of the patients was basically symmetric and the total satisfaction rate for the patients was 100%.Conclusion：Surgeries should be actively performed for patients with hebephrenic giant breast fibroadenoma.It is advisable that fold incision under the breast or the areola incision be taken to remove the fibroadenoma.Only by this way,the artistic appearance beauty can be taken into account,and the prognosis is better as well.
