摘  要:目的研究肉豆蔻及炮制品醇提取物的止泻及抗炎作用。方法采用番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型、正常小鼠小肠推进实验及二甲苯致耳水肿模型,观察肉豆蔻及炮制品90%乙醇提取物的止泻、抗炎作用。结果止泻作用为面煨肉豆蔻>麸煨肉豆蔻>肉豆蔻,抗炎作用为麸煨肉豆蔻>面煨肉豆蔻>肉豆蔻。结论肉豆蔻经炮制后止泻、抗炎作用均增强,但麸煨肉豆蔻与面煨肉豆蔻组间无显著性差异。Objective To study the antidiarrheal and anti-inflammatory effects of nutmeg and the processed products of alcohol extract. Methods Using Senna induced diarrhea in mice model,normal mice small intestine propulsion experiment and xylene induced ear edema model,to observe the antidiarrheal activities and anti-inflammatory effect of ethanol extract of nutmeg and its processed products of 90% ethanol. Results Antidiarrheal effect of nutmeg roasted with wheat flour nutmeg roasted with wheat bran nutmeg,anti-inflammatory effect of nutmeg roasted with wheat bran nutmeg roasted with wheat flour nutmeg. Conclusion Nutmeg after processing can enhance the antidiarrheal activities and anti-inflammatory effects,but the bran roasted nutmeg and simmer nutmeg was no significant difference between them.
