摘  要:为解决混凝土搅拌楼配料系统定量下料的问题,达到更为安全有效的控制.根据具体生产流程和控制要求,采用理论分析和实验的方法,结合配料系统P型迭代学习控制策略,提出一种双机双控组态监控设计方案.控制系统的上位机由工控机、触摸屏组成,下位机由PLC组成,实现配方管理、实时显示、报表打印、报警和数字校正等功能.结果表明:P型迭代学习控制策略.在下料量和物料性质发生变化时,经过几次迭代后,系统均趋于稳定,取得了良好的控制效果,提高了配料控制系统的稳定性、实用性和安全性.In order to solve quantitative cutting of concrete agitation building, which can reach more safe and effective control and according to the production process and the control request, using, this paper utilized the method of theoretical analysis and experimental, and proposed a design of double computer double control configuration monitor control system by combining P-type iterative learning control strategy. The upper machine of the system is composed by IPC and the touching screen. The lower machine is controlled by PLC. The paper completes the system running status of formula management, the real-time display, the report print, alarm and digital functions etc. Experiments verify the P-type iterative learning control strategy. When the discharge quantity and the material properties have changed after several iterations, the system is stable, and achieved a good control effect. It improves the stability and batching control system security and practicability. The research improves the stability, practicality and safety of system.
