摘　　要：新生代农民工作为我国农民工群体的主力军,其社会流动呈现出新的特点。由于社会环境以及新生代农民工自身等因素的影响,其社会流动存在着诸多障碍,如人力资本障碍、心理资本障碍、社会资本障碍以及权力资本障碍等,需要成人教育采取相应的策略,使新生代农民工社会流动合理高效地进行,从而促进社会的和谐稳定。As the main force of peasant worker group, the social mobility of cenozoic era peasant workers presents new features. However, due to the social environment and cenozoic era peasant workers themselves, the social mobility exists many problems such as human capital barrier, mental capital barrier, social capital barrier and the power capital barrier. The adult education should take effective measures for cenozoic era peasant workers ＇social mobility to promote their rational and efficient social mobility and the social harmony and stability.
