大学生医疗保险参保现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析大学生医疗保险参保现状及影响因素,探讨提高大学生医疗保险认知度和参保率的途径和方法。方法采用分层抽样方法抽取大学生,自拟调查问卷了解大学生参保情况。结果大学生中了解医疗保险的仅37.10%,大学生总体参保率为92.62%,而城镇医疗保险参保率仅为40.75%。经单因素分析,专业（χ^2=35.78,P〈0.001）、年级（χ^2=29.24,P〈0.001）、参保必要性评价（χ^2=9.97,P=0.002）和家庭月收入（χ^2=15.76,P=0.001）对大学生参保率有影响,Logistic分析显示,大学生中药学专业、大二年级、家庭月收入低和对参保必要性评价高的参保率良好（P值均小于0.05）。结论影响大学生参加医疗保险的主要因素是大学生所处的年级、专业、家庭经济状况和对医疗保险参保必要性的评价。应开展更多宣传活动,使更多大学生对医保制度有更深入全面的了解,以提高参保率。Objective The study analyzed the current status of and influencing factors for medical insurance participation among college students and explored the routes and methods for enhancing the awareness and participation of college students in medical insurance. Methods College students were selected by stratified sampling and their statuses of medical insurance participation were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire. Results Among the college students, only 37.10% had good knowledge of medical insurance, 92.62% had participated in medical insurance, and only 40.75% had participated in urban medical insurance. Univariate analysis showed that insurance participation rate of the students were influenced by their major（χ^2=35.78, P〈0.001）, class year（χ^2=29.24, P〈0.001）, necessity evaluation of insurance participation（χ2=9.97, P=0.002）, and family monthly income（χ^2=15.76,P=0.001）. Logistic analysis showed that high participation rates are observed among students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, in their sophomore year, having low family monthly income, or considering insurance participation necessary（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The major influencing factors for college students to participate in medical insurance are class year, major, familial economic status, and evaluation of the necessity for participation. More promotional activities should be held for more college students to gain more in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of the medical insurance system, and thus to raise the insurance participation rate among college students.
