2011-2014年北京市副溶血性弧菌血清型及毒力基因特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解2011-2014年北京市引起腹泻的副溶血性弧菌血清分型及主要毒力基因特点。方法对561株副溶血性弧菌进行生化鉴定和血清学分型试验,应用实时荧光PCR方法检测毒力基因tlh、tdh和trh。结果 561株副溶血性弧菌有9个O群和23个K型,共34个血清型,以O3∶K6血清型为主,占67.6%(379/561)。2011-2014年血清型分布存在差异。561株副溶血性弧菌tlh、tdh和trh基因阳性率分别为100.0%(561/561),97.1%(545/561)和1.1%(6/561)。3种毒力基因分成4种类型,tlh+tdh+trh-为优势基因型,占96.4%(541/561)。结论 2011-2014年北京市引起腹泻的副溶血性弧菌有多种血清型,多为产毒株,以携带tlh和tdh基因的O3∶K6为优势血清型。通过对生化、血清分型和毒力基因检测结果进行综合分析,有助于提高副溶血性弧菌鉴定的正确性。Objective The aim of this study was to understand the characteristics of serotype and major virulence gene of diarrhea related Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Beijing from 2011 to 2014. Methods Five hundred and sixty-one Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were identified by biochemical test and serotyping. Real-time PCR was used to detect the existence of three virulence genes including tlh, tdh and trh. Results Five hundred and sixty-one Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were classified into nine O serogroups and 23 K types, and a total of 34 serotypes. The dominant serotype was O3：K6, accounting for 67.6%（379/561）. The distribution of serotypes was different from 2011 to 2014. The positive rates of tlh, tdh and trh among 561 strains were 100.0%（561/561）, 97.1%（545/561） and 1.1%（6/561）, respectively. Virulence gene detection was performed in four genotypes, and the dominant one was tlh^＋tdh^＋trh^-, accounting for 96.4%（541/561）. Conclusion There were many different serotypes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains, most of which were toxigenic O3：K6 serotypes carrying tlh and tdh. The comprehensive evaluation by biochemical test, serotyping and the detection of virulence genes contributed to the accurate identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
