警惕中国群体性事件中青少年的民粹化

摘　　要：遏制民粹化特别是青少年的民粹化是我国培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的必然要求。正确认识群体性事件体现出来的民粹化因素对我国依法实施社会治理,实现国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化具有重要意义。群体性事件与民粹主义存在密切联系,两者具有相似的社会背景、阶层基础、简单逻辑、非程序主义、非理性狂暴和组织性不足。这些相似性正是中国群体性事件中民粹因素涌动的逻辑基础和学理根基。群体性事件中民粹因素的主要表现是要求正义立马兑现、要求诉求直达天听、极端仇视精英、攻击体制象征物、自恃道德高尚、非理性的打砸抢烧等六个方面。青少年是群体性事件的主要参与主体,应警惕群体性事件中关于青少年民粹化的三种发展趋势,分别是青少年学生的民粹化、青年知识分子的民粹化和青年叙事话语的民粹化。The restriction of the populist tendency in adolescents is the necessary requirement of the cultivation and practice of Core Socialist Values in China. Correct understanding of the populist aspects in mass disturbances of our country is very important for social governance according to law and the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. The author started from the perspective of the populist characteristic in the mass disturbances to study the populist tendency of adolescents. In the first part the reasons why mass disturbances are related to the populism are analyzed. They have similar social background, class foundation, simple logic, conducts out of the procedure, irrational fury and inadequate organization. The similarities are the logical basis and theoretical foundation of the populist factors in the mass disturbances in China. The populist factors in mass disturbances are analyzed in the second part： asking for the realization of justice immediately, appealing directly to the senior officers rather than the local officials, extremely hating the elites, attacking some symbol of the system, taking it for grant that they are moral correct and irrational looting, burning and so on. Then the author demonstrated issue from two aspects that the adolescents is the main participation body of mass disturbances in the real world and cyberspace. In the end, three tendencies that should be wary of are indicated： the populist tendency of young students, the populist tendency of the young intellectuals and the populist tendency of the narrative discourse of the youth.
