摘　　要：为提升学生综合实践能力,培养学生创新意识和团队合作精神,学校从2011年开始在第三学期开展了创新实践团队训练.大学物理实验中心依托大学物理实验课程对本院相关专业的大一大二学生进行了一系列的创新实践团队训练,提出了具体的实施方法,经过4年的实践与探索,学生在团队协作精神及创新能力培养方面都取得了较好的成效.In order to promote students＇ comprehensive practical ability and novation consciousness and team cooperation spirit, the practice team trainin train students＇ ing project has been carried out in the third term since 2011. Relying on university physics experiment course, the university physics experiment center has applied the innovation practice team training to the relevant professional freshman sophomore and put forward the concrete implementation meth- od. After four years of practice and exploration, good effects have been achieved in terms of the students＇ team cooperation spirit and innovation ability.
