摘 要:目的探讨自噬相关基因Beclin-1与凋亡相关基因Bcl-2在口腔舌鳞状细胞癌(TSCC)及正常舌组织中的表达及相关性。方法采用免疫组化方法检测43例舌癌手术标本及20例正常舌组织标本中Beclin-1与Bcl-2的表达。结果在TSCC中,Beclin-1的阳性表达率(37.2%)明显低于正常涎腺组织(95.0%),而Bcl-2的阳性表达率(69.8%)明显高于正常涎腺组织(30.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。TSCC中,Beclin-1低表达在有、无颈部淋巴结转移方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而Bcl-2高表达在有、无颈部淋巴结转移方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Beclin-1与Bcl-2在TSCC中表达呈负相关(r=-0.265,P=0.006)。结论 Beclin-1与Bcl-2与舌鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展中密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and their relation of autophagy related gene Beclin-1 and apoptosis related gene Bcl-2 in tongue squamous cell carcinomas (TSCC)and normal tissues. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to meas- ure the expression of Beclin-1 and Bel-2 in 43 TSCC tissue and 20 normal tongue tissue. Results The positive rate of Beclin-1 in TSCC was 37.2% ,which was lower than that in the normal tissues(95.0% ). The positive rate of Bel-2 in TSCC was 69.8% ,which was higher than that in the normal tissues( 30.0% ). There was a significant difference between low expression of Beeclin-1 and cervi- cal lymph nodes metastasis in TSCC ( P 〈 0.05 ) and there was a very significant difference between high expression of Bcl-2 and cervi- cal lymph nodes metastasis in TSCC ( P 〈 0.01 ). Beclin-1 was negatively related with Bcl-2 in TSCC ( r = -0. 265, P = 0.006 ). Conclu- sion Beclin-land Bcl-2 are closely related with the carcinogenesis and development of TSCC.
