摘 要:目的评价可吸收固定材料(L/DL-聚乳酸板材)用于犬下颌骨线性骨折的效果。方法选取12只杂种犬,按数字表分法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各6只犬。于犬左侧下颌骨中段制造线性骨折,实验组应用可吸收固定材料加以固定;对照组不用任何材料固定。骨折后20 d,每组处死3只犬;40 d,每组分别处死余下3只;组织学观察骨折愈合情况,并对两组结果进行比较分析。结果通过大体观察和组织学观察发现,可吸收固定材料(L/DL-聚乳酸板材)的固定效果显著优于空白对照,可以满足下颌骨骨折固位的要求。结论可吸收固定材料(L/DL-聚乳酸板材)可以保证下颌骨骨折的Ⅰ期愈合。Objective To evaluate the effect of bioabsorbable fracture-fixation materials of Poly(L/DL-lactide) for mandibular frac- ture in dogs. Methods Twelve dogs were chosen randomly, and divided into two groups ( experimental group and control group ) , with 6 dogs in each group, klinear mandibular fracture was made in each dog, and fixed with bioabsorbable fracture-fixation materials of Poly(L/DL-lactide) in the experimental group,while no fixation in the control group. Half of the dogs in each group were killed at 20th day, and the other half were killed at 40th day. The level of union of fracture was evaluated by histological examination. Results The fixation effect of bioabsorbable fracture-fixation materials of Poly(L/DL-lactide) was significantly better than that of the con- trol group. Conclusion Bioabsorbable fracture-fixation materials of Poly(L/DL-lactide) can provide strength to ensure the primary healing of mandibular fracture.
