摘　　要：在民营企业海外投资呈快速增长的背景下,研究民营企业海外投资履行战略性社会责任具有重要意义。文章阐释了民营企业海外投资履行战略性社会责任的价值与必要性,分析了民营企业海外投资履行战略性社会责任的障碍,从战略协同视角对民营企业海外投资决策战略性社会责任项目及其流程作出探讨。It is of great significance to research how private enterprise should see and perform strategic social responsibility on the background of rapid growth of private enterprise＇s overseas investment. This paper interprets the values and necessaries of private enterprise performing strategic social responsibility during overseas investment. Then the paper analyzes the obstacles of private enterprise performing strategic social responsibility during overseas investment. Finally,the paper explores how private enterprise decides on strategic CSR project and the procedure concerned during overseas investment.
