摘 要:应用主成分分析法 ,从样本相关矩阵出发 ,对 10个湖北核桃优系核仁的主要营养成分 (粗脂肪、粗蛋白、可溶性糖及矿质元素 )进行分析 ,依据各营养成分累计方差百分率达到 85 %以上 ,提出了 5个反映核仁营养的主成分及主成分函数式。经对因子荷载矩阵作方差最大正交旋转后 ,各主成分生物学内涵显示出核仁利用类型与当今国内外市场销售的核仁产品相类似。通过计算各优系的主成分得分值 ,进而选择加工产品类型的适宜优系 ,其结果与实际表型相近似。表明主成分分析法在核仁加工产品类型决策及相应优系选择中具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。principal components of main nutrients(rude fat,rude proteins, soluble sugars, and mineral elements)in the kernels of reselected walnut of Hubei were analyzed from the relative matrix, using principal component analysis.5 principal components that fully reflect nutrition states of the kernels and their function equations were put forward according to the percentage of accumulative variance of these principal components(more than 85%). The variance analysis of the rotated matrix of these principal components showed that the utilization of these walnut kernels are similar to the walnut products selling in current markets-home and abroad. The suitable reselected excellent strains of walnut were chosen for processing types using calculation of values of principal components of the reselected excellent strains. The results were similar to the actual phenotypes, suggesting that principal component analysis have theoretical significance and practical significance in plotting the processing types of walnut kernels and the sieving of relative excellent strains.
