海星棘皮用作饵料添加成分养牙鲆的研究

摘　　要：测定了罗氏海星棘皮的组成成分 ,并用脱毒处理后的海星进行了毒理实验 .海星棘皮干粉中含有 10种必须微量元素 ,脂质含量为 6 .31% ,蛋白质含量为 5 5 .0 1% ,10种必需、半必需氨基酸占所含氨基酸总量的 4 9.82 % .将脱毒处理后的海星棘皮烘干粉碎成粉末 ,掺入牙鲆饵料———冰冻小杂鱼中 ,制成颗粒状饵料喂养牙鲆 .牙鲆生长率、增重及成活率皆显著提高 .The composition of Asterias rollestoni skin is analysed,and the toxicological experiment of detoxicated Asterias echino skin is condncted. The chemical analysis indicats the dried powder of Asterias echino skin after detoxication contains ten kinds of essential micro elements, 6.31% lipids, 55.01% protein in which ten essential amino and semi essential amino acids comstitute 49.82% of the sum of tltle amino acids. The detoxicated dried powder of the Asterias echino skin is added to the little fishes diets.The feed granules made from the mixed diets are used to feed olive flounder,whose growth rate, increment rate of weight and survival rate are conspicuously higher than those of the original feed.
