摘　　要：发展远程教育是优化教育资源 ,实现高等教育大众化和构建终身教育的需要 ,而网上教学是现代远程教育的主要模式。深入研究了网上教学与测试系统的设计方法 ,并提出了一种基于Web客户 /服务器 (C/S)体系结构的系统模型。Developing network education optimizes the resource of education, contributes to the popularity of higher education optimizes and construction of lifelong education. In this paper, we deeply discussed the exploitation and design of network education and testing system, and brought forward a model based on the system and construction of the Web Client/Server.
