摘　　要：对风险投资项目风险管理进行了深入研究 ,分析了项目风险管理的现状和问题 ,阐述了问题存在的原因 ,并在此基础上提出了一套相应的运作机制。In this paper,the venture management of venture investment project is thoroughly studied.The present conditions and the problems existing in the venture management are investigated and discussed .and also,the causes for the problems are illustrated.Correspondingly,based on the study,a new set of mechanism is presented.
