肠内营养粉结合中医外治法治疗褥疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肠内营养粉结合中医外治法治疗褥疮的临床疗效。方法:将76例患者随机分为2组,2组均给予翻身,红外灯照射,外涂中药祛腐生新膏、海升散配合换药等综合治疗,观察组加用肠内营养粉安素口服,对照组予日常饮食,30天1个疗程,分析比较30天后营养指标、总体疗效。结果:白蛋白、前白蛋白观察组治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。2组血红蛋白治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。总有效率观察组为100%,对照组为78.94%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠内营养粉结合中药外治治疗褥疮疗效满意。Objective： To observe clinical effects of enteral nutritional powder combined with TCM external therapy in treating pressure ulcers. Methods： Seventy-six patients were randomized into two groups, both groups accepted comprehensive therapies such as turning over, infrared lamp irradiation, external use of Qu Fu Sheng Xin ointment, Hai Sheng powder and changing dressing, the observation took enteral nutritional powders orally, the control group common diet, 30 days were one course of the treatment, to analyze and compare nutritional indexes, total effects in 30 days. Results： The observation group after treating was higher than before treating in albumin and prealbumin（P〈0.05）, there was no obvious change in the control group（P〉0.05）. There was no obvious change in hemoglobin between before and after treating in both groups（P〉0.05）. Total effective rate of the observation group was 100%, higher than 78.94% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Enteral nutritional powders combined with TCM external therapy are effective in treating pressure ulcers, which could obtain satisfactory effects.
