摘 要:由于双馈电机的特殊拓扑结构,其故障下的暂态特性十分复杂,而一般分析其低电压特性的文章均简化其双馈电机模型或在单一软件中模拟故障下暂态过渡过程。利用Ansoft-Maxwell,Matlab-simulink和AnsoftSimplorer三个软件的协同仿真,分析了双馈电机在三相对称故障下的暂态特性。首先,在双馈电机的稳态数学模型基础上,分析了双馈电机在三相对称故障下各物理量之间的变化过程及相互影响。其次,搭建了电机有限元模型、控制器及外电路模型,最后分析了联合仿真的运行结果,得到的结论与之前的理论分析相吻合。The performance of Douly Fed Induction Generator( DFIG) system under grid voltage fault is very complex,due to its special topological structure. However,in the usual analysis of DFIG's characteristics under fault,either the motor model is simplified or only one software is employed to simulate the changing process. In order to objectively analyze the whole process of DFIG under grid fault,this paper proposes a coupled simulation which combines the following three softwares: Ansoft-Maxwell, Matlab-Simulink and Ansoft-Simplorer. The interaction between various physical quantities and their change processes under three-phase voltage fault are analyzed based on the mathematical model of DFIG in its normal operation. Then 1. 5 MW finite element model,controller and each part of the coupled simulation are established. Finally,the coupled simulation results are analyzed,which justify the theoretical analysis perfectly.
