社会主义核心价值观视域下的高校学生社团主流文化建设

摘　　要：高校社团文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,也是社会主义核心价值观在新时期学生群体中的文化表征。社团机构在培育大学生社会主义核心价值观上能够发挥灵活、自主的作用,且易于被学生接受。文章阐明了社会主义核心价值观视域下的高校学生社团主流文化的内涵,分析了当前高校学生社团文化建设的三大具体问题,确立了学生社团主流文化建设的三大基本内容,并从思想引导和业务指导、队伍管理和人才培养、政策扶持和基金建立、制度建设和社团管理、品牌建设和活动宣传这五个层面提出了具体的实施途径。College association culture is an important part of campus culture, and it＇s the culture reflection on the contemporary student groups as well. The college association, easily accepted by college students, can play a flexible and active role in educating socialist core values. This paper mainly studies the construction of association culture in the perspective of socialist core values. Its connotation and three main problems in the construction of contemporary association culture are introduced and analyzed, and three basic elements in building the mainstream culture are established, and the specific implementation approaches in five aspects including ideas and operations guidance, team management and personnel training, policy and funds support, systematic construction and management, brand and activity promotion,are proposed.
