溶洞硅藻群落特征及其与水质相关性分析

摘  要:溶洞地下水水质和硅藻分布有较密切关系并有季节变化特征,研究溶洞硅藻种类组成对发展硅藻生物多样性和溶洞水质变化有一定价值。于2013年9月-2014年12月对毕节市七星关区层台镇玉龙村一溶洞地下水实地测定和采集样品,分析了硅藻的种类组成、个体密度、优势种及群落结构的季节变化特征。经鉴定共发现硅藻18属174种,主要的优势属有曲壳藻属(Achnanthes)、桥弯藻属(Cymbella)、脆杆藻属(Fragilaria)、舟形藻属(Navicula)等。并讨论了硅藻与水温、硝氮、电导率等理化因子之间的关系。相关性分析表明,硅藻与水温及水体中二氧化硅、总氮、氨氮、电导率有显著相关性。The quality and diatom distribution of cave groundwater have a close relationship and seasonal variation characteristics,the research of the diatom species composition in cave has a certain value on the development of diatom biodiversity and the quality of groundwater in cave. The groundwater was measured and samples of the groundwater were collected in a cave located at Yulong Village,Chentai Town,Bije City from September 2013 to December 2014,to analyze the diatom species composition,individual density,dominant species and seasonal variation characteristics of community structure. Totally 18 genera and 174 diatom species were identified, with the dominant genus including Achnanthes,Cymbella, Fragilaria, Navicula. The relationship between the environment variables in temperature, nitrate nitrogen,conductivity and the dominant diatom genus were discussed,and correlation analysis showed that diatom had prominent correction with the temperature,silicon dioxide,ammonia nitrogen and conductivity in water.
