摘 要:为探明广东沿海罗非鱼、草鱼和鲫鱼3种典型食用鱼体中有机氯农药(OCPs)的生物累积特征,于2013年10月在广东湛江、茂名、阳江、广州、珠海、汕头和汕尾7个采样站点采集105份鱼类样品,利用气相色谱(GC-ECD)检测分析其有机氯农药滴滴涕、六六六等的残留水平和特征,并对该区域人体健康的风险进行评价。结果表明:广东沿海鱼类滴滴涕、六六六、六氯苯、艾氏剂、七氯和环氧七氯含量分别为0.19-32.03ng/g、0.15-8.27ng/g、0.07-4.72ng/g、0.02-1.64ng/g、0.15-1.72ng/g和0.01-4.18ng/g湿重,中间值草鱼(9.48ng/g)和鲫鱼(8.03ng/g)相对较高,罗非鱼最低(3.55ng/g),所有样品有机氯农药含量均没有超过我国食品安全国家标准GB2763-2012中最大残留限量。接触风险指数(ERI)和致癌风险指数(CRI)在46.05×10^-3-126.48×10^-3和19.60×10^-6-27.70×10^-6,没有接触风险,致癌风险在可接受范围内。The residual level and feature of DDTs,HCHs.Hexachlorobenzene(HCB),Aldrin,Heptachlor and Heptachlor epoxide in 105 fish samples collected from 7sampling sites of Zhanjiang,Maoming,Yangjiang,Guangzhou,Zhuhai Shantou and Shanwei were detected by GC-ECD and then the human health risk in these areas was evaluated to explore biological accumulation characteristics of organochlorine pesticides(OCPS)in three typical edible fish of tilapia,grass carp and crucian from Guangdong coast.Results:The content of DDTs,HCHs.Hexachlorobenzene(HCB),Aldrin,Heptachlor and Heptachlor epoxide in three typical fish is 0.19-32.03ng/g,0.15-8.27ng/g,0.07-4.72ng/g,0.02-1.64ng/g,0.15-1.72ng/g and 0.01-4.18ng/g(wet weight)respectively.The median of Grass carp,Crucian and Tilapia is 9.48ng/g,8.03ng/g and 3.55ng/g separately.The OCPs content in all tested samples does not exceed the maximum residue limit of National Food Safety Standard(GB2763-2012).The expose risk index(ERI)and carcinogenic risk index(CRI)are 46.05×10^-3-126.48×10^-3 and 19.60×10^-6-27.70×10^-6,which indicates that the OCPs residue in three typical fish from Guangdong coast does not exist the expose risk and the carcinogenic risk is at acceptable level.
