河北省民营钢铁企业转型升级对策研究

摘　　要：作为中国第一钢铁大省,河北省民营钢铁企业无论从数量上还是产能上均居主导地位,在中国经济进入新常态和河北"绿色崛起"战略实施过程中,由于资源能源和环境的限制,面临着巨大的转型压力。在对河北省民营钢铁企业发展现状进行分析的基础上,结合企业转型升级态势及面临的问题,从绿色制造体系和循环经济产业链建设、高附加值产品开发、多元化及特色经营、精益生产和精细化管理实施等方面提出了企业实现转型升级的具体对策。As China＇s first big province of iron and steel, private iron and steel enterprises in Hebei province take the leadership in both quantity and capacity of production. With the new normal of the chinese economy and implementation of Hebei ＂green rise＂ strategy, private iron and steel enterprises are faced with a huge pressure of transformation because of the limitation of resources, energy and environment. The current situation of the development of private iron and steel enterprises in Hebei Province is analyzed in this paper. On this basis, combined with transformation and upgrading situation and facing problems of enterprise, this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures for enterprise transformation and upgrading from the green manufacturing system and circular economy industrial chain construction, high added value product development, diversification and characteristic management, lean production and fine management implementation.
