雷贝拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨雷贝拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2005年12月-2014年12月收治的400例反流性食管炎患者,均经内镜及病理检查确诊,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组（n=200）和观察组（n=200）,两组患者均戒烟酒和避免食用刺激性食物,对照组予雷贝拉唑10 mg,口服,每天2次,早、晚餐前30 min服用,连用共4周。观察组于饭后2 h加用铝碳酸镁1 g/次,每天3次,连用共4周。治疗4周后复查胃镜。治疗期间密切观察患者的血常规和肝肾功能等变化及药物不良反应。结果 观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（95.0%vs 76.0%,P〈0.05）,观察组的临床疗效优于对照组。观察组、对照组患者治疗后的临床症状积分分别为（2.91±0.15）分、（4.69±1.13）分,分别显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且观察组的治疗后的临床症状积分显著低于对照组。结论 雷贝拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗反流性食管炎可以提高疗效,缓解临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rabeprazole plus hydrotalcite in treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods In our hospital from December 2005 to December 2014,selected 400 reflux esophagitis patients by random number table method were randomly divided into control group（n=200） and observation group（n=200）,two groups were quit smoking and avoid eating irritating foods,patients in control group were treated with rabeprazole 10 mg,oral,2 times a day,early,dinner,30 minutes before taking,lasted for a total of 4 weeks.The observation group combined with hydrotalcite 1 g/time,3 times a day,a total of 4 weeks.After 4 weeks treatment,the changes in patients with liver and kidney function and adverse drug reactions were compared.Results The total effective of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant（95.0%vs 76.0%,P〈0.05）,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group.The scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group and the control group were（2.91±0.15）,（4.69±1.13）,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）,and the clinical symptom scores in the observation group were significandy lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in treatment of reflux esophagitis can improve the curative effect,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of the patients,is worthy of popularization and application.
