摘　　要：目的 探讨内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）术后腹痛发生的相关因素。方法 选择2012年1月-2015年5月269例行ERCP术患者,根据病情需要分别行十二指肠乳头切开（EST）气囊扩张、支架植入、取石术,术后对引起腹痛的各种因素进行比较。结果 269例行ERCP患者中术后发生腹痛183例,发生率68%,根据操作不同分为单纯ERCP组、EST组、预切开组、气囊乳头扩张组三种操作组,其中EST组、气囊乳头扩张与单纯ERCP组相比术后更可能发生腹痛症状（P〈0.01）。结论 ERCP术后腹痛是最常见的症状,伴随于相关并发症时腹痛更明显,程度更剧烈;在相关操作中尽量规范、轻柔,以提高患者诊治的依从性。Objective To reveal the related factors of abdominal pain after endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography（ERCP）.Methods Collected the patients data who underwent ERCP from January 2012 to May 2015,269 cases were treated with ERCP,included endoscopic sphincterotomy（EST）,papillary balloon dilatation（EPBD） and precut and three kinds operation group.Different factors influencing on abdominal pain were analyzed after ERCP.Results Among 269 cases of patients with ERCP,183 cases happened abdominal pain,the incidence rate was 68%.According to the operation of different groups,were divided into ERCP group,the EST group,the pre open group and the air bladder papillary dilatation group.EST group,papillary dilatation compared with after ERCP were more likely to have symptoms of abdominal pain（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Their common symptoms is abdominal pain after ERCP.When the ERCP combined with complications,the abdominal pain is significantly aggravated.For improving patients＇ compliance,we should design rules and standard for the ERCR
