摘　　要：水下探测装置应用广泛,此类装置通常需要长时间工作在恶劣的环境中,例如高温,强振动、介质腐蚀等。水下探测装置中核心的部件即为压力敏感组件,其性能的优劣对水下探测装置的整体功能起到至关重要的作用。因此,此类压力敏感组件既要具备优良的性能,又要具备高强度的环境适应性。文中介绍的压力传感器采用特殊的结构设计,具有高抗振、耐冲击、耐腐蚀、小型化及高精度等优点,使其可以作为压力敏感组件广泛应用于各种水下探测装置。Underwater detection device is widely used in scientific research and weapon equipment,these devices are usually need long time work in very bad environment,such as high temperature,strong vibration,corrosion medium,etc. The most core components of the underwater detection device are the pressure sensitive components,the performance of which plays a crucial role in deciding the overall performance of the underwater detection. Therefore,this kind of pressure sensitive components needs to have excellent performance and t high environmental adaptability. In this paper introduced the special structural designed pressure transmitter,with the advantages of high vibration resistance,impact resistance,corrosion resistant ability,miniaturization and high precision,and it can be widely used as a pressure sensitive component in many kinds of underwater detection device.
